Nanjing Guanghui CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), the registered owner of the GHMT brand, its trademarks, trade names, logos, product designs, technical documentation, and all associated intellectual property, hereby issues this formal notice to unequivocally state that:

The website operating under the domain www.ghmtpress.com has no legal, commercial, contractual, or any other form of relationship with the Company. This entity is not a subsidiary, affiliate, authorized distributor, reseller, agent, or representative of the Company in any jurisdiction.

The Company has never authorized, licensed, or permitted the operators of www.ghmtpress.com to use the GHMT brand name, logo, product images, technical specifications, pricing information, or any other proprietary materials belonging to the Company.

The Company has conducted a thorough investigation and determined that the operators of www.ghmtpress.com have engaged in the following unlawful acts, each of which constitutes a serious violation of applicable intellectual property laws, including but not limited to the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, and relevant international intellectual property conventions:

• —Unauthorized reproduction and commercial use of the GHMT registered trademark and brand identity;
• —Deliberate impersonation of the Company's official online presence to deceive consumers and potential business partners;
• —Misappropriation of the Company's proprietary product images, technical specifications, and marketing materials;
• —Fraudulent solicitation of orders and payments under the false pretense of being an authorized GHMT entity;
• —Distribution of misleading communications, including emails and quotations, bearing the GHMT name without authorization;
• —Causing substantial reputational and financial harm to the Company and confusion among its global customer base.

These acts collectively constitute copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and unfair competition, and have caused, and continue to cause, direct and measurable harm to the Company's commercial interests, brand reputation, and customer relationships.

The Company wishes to make it unequivocally clear that it does not and will not tolerate any form of intellectual property infringement or brand impersonation. In response to the unlawful conduct described herein, the Company has:

• —Engaged qualified legal counsel to pursue all available civil and criminal remedies against the operators of www.ghmtpress.com;
• —Initiated formal proceedings with the relevant intellectual property authorities and law enforcement agencies;
• —Filed complaints with the applicable domain registrar and hosting providers seeking immediate takedown of the infringing website;
• —Commenced the process of gathering and preserving all relevant evidence for use in legal proceedings.

The Company reserves all rights to seek injunctive relief, compensatory damages, punitive damages, and recovery of legal costs to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Company will pursue these claims vigorously and without compromise until the infringing activities have ceased entirely and appropriate compensation has been obtained.
